1. How can you offer FULL COLOR at such a low price and no screen charges?
Because we aren’t screen printers. We use the newest technology in garment printing, a digital garment printer. It doesn’t require screens. It’s like a BIG ink jet printer that prints on shirts instead of paper. Except it costs about $25,000 and weighs almost 250 pounds, is 4′ x 3′ and uses VERY EXPENSIVE INK.
2. What kind of Hoodies do you use?
We currently only print on Gildan brand Hoodies.
3. Why do you only print on white Hoodies?
Printing on dark material requires a LOT of extra time, space and materials. In order to print on dark material the material must first be pre-treated with a special chemical, then it has to dry. You then have to print the image in white, let it dry, then reprint the image in the colors you want. It adds several extra steps and time, and we would have to raise our prices significantly to offer this service.
4. Will you drop ship to my customer?
Yes, that is really our main function. You sell the Hoodie designs on your site and then order them from us and we will print and ship them to your customer. Your customer never leaves your site. You send the shipping address and your payment to us. You can charge your customers whatever you want and keep the profit all to yourself.
5. Do you offer quantity discounts?
Sure, visit our Contact Us page and let us know what you have in mind. We will not store your Hoodies here. We will ship them to you and you must ship to your customers. We will drop ship a whole quantity order to your customer, but not 1 at a time like our normal drop shipping service.
6. How long will it take and how do you ship the Hoodies?
We usually print every Hoodies within 1 business day of receiving acceptable art. We ship by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. You or your customer should receive the Hoodies within a couple of days. We are located in South Florida so shipments to the West Coast may take a day or two longer. Orders larger than 1or 2 Hoodies might go by USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx Ground depending on the weight and distance.
8. I plan on selling Hoodies on my site and using your drop ship service, will you keep my artwork on file so I don’t have to send it every time?
Yes, but you must have a recognizable name for each artwork file. Just mention your name and the artwork file name in your order.
